You go to bed with one eye
open, anxiously anticipating
what the night has in store
for you.

I can fix that.

 i'm  jill!

Hi and welcome! I am so glad you’re here. I live in Austin, Texas with my husband and four little women. I am a pediatric speech language pathologist by trade, a certified infant and toddler sleep consultant by passion, and a rested Mom who wants the same for you!

My first daughter was born in 2017 and like many of you my world was turned upside down when it came to sleep. The concept of infant sleep felt ambiguous and overwhelming. I began devouring books, listening to podcasts, googling any and all things baby related but found little help. Each tidbit of information seemed to contradict the last. I felt as if I were in a permanent fog. My husband and I were exhausted. We knew something had to change for our sanity & for the well-being of our little girl.

Enter a friend who introduced me to the world of sleep training.

At 3 months postpartum, she began educating me on the science of sleep and why it was important for my baby to thrive. We implemented simple and straightforward techniques and within two nights our 12 week old was sleeping 8-10 hour stretches! We were amazed and wanted to share the good news with anyone who would listen. Fast forward a few years, and many restful nights later, we expanded our family with two more baby girls who enjoy bedtime and sleep peacefully. Friends began to ask how I managed to have three exceptional sleepers and I was eager to help.

As I began to help sleep deprived friends navigate the world of regressions, pacifiers and nap refusal, I grew more passionate about all aspects of sleep.

Simultaneously, I was also exposed to the importance of sleep while working as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist. I noticed many of the children I worked with were not progressing as quickly as anticipated because of poor sleep patterns. Parents were continuously apologizing for their children who were overly tired, cranky or even falling asleep during their session. I came to the realization that sleep struggles were more common than I originally thought. I wanted to educate parents that it “didn’t have to be this way.” I desired to play a role in helping children (and Parents) get the restorative rest they deserved.

With my unique background in child communication development & sleep expertise, I will provide a holistic approach to sleep training that is specific to your child's temperament & family dynamic. Sleep training is a multifaceted personal process that involves your maternal instincts paired with scientific research for best results. We will work together to find the method that best suits you and your little one. My mission as a Sleep Consultant is to offer empathetic support, guidance for success, and a safe place to land when you feel overwhelmed. We will make your family goals a reality so that you too can become a rested mom!
